STRUAN TODD
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Struan is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Pandamatics. Throughout his 15 year career, Struan has serviced a diverse portfolio of entities throughout Europe, APAC, the Middle East, and North America with their Cyber, Financial Lines, Tech PI, Media, and Intellectual Property Insurance and Risk Management needs. He has held underwriting, broking, and risk advisory positions in Sydney, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and now holds overall responsibility for Pandamatics' Insurance Portfolio and Insurtech developments. He was runner-up in the 'Young Leader of the Year' category at the 2022 Asia Insurance Industry Awards.
Struan has completed a Master of Sciences in Insurance and Risk Management at the City University of London with a final dissertation concentrating on the global cyber insurance market, and has also been awarded the ACII designation by the Chartered Insurance Institute. He holds the Senior Associate and Associate designations from ANZIIF and the ASII, respectively.

KENNETH YEEM
Senior Underwriter
Kenneth has almost 20 years experience in the insurance industry and has extensive knowledge in Cyber, Tech PI, D&O and coverage for Financial Institutions. Prior to joining Pandamatics, he held underwriting and broking positions in both Hong Kong and Canada.
Kenneth holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics for Management Studies from the University of Toronto, a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada, and also the Canadian Risk Management designation.
